South Korean rapper Psy plans to follow his "Gangnam Style" YouTube megahit with a single called "Gentleman" and a new dance, but is playing coy about everything else ahead of the song's release, which was moved up a day to April 12, 2013.

Remember Psy and his worldwide viral hit "Gangnam Style?" It seems like ages ago that you couldnt' turn on the TV or listen to the radio without hearing "Gangnam Style." Psy is back and he is looking to become more than a one-hit-wonder. The South Korean singer who became a worldwide sensation is set to release his new single title "Gentleman" on April 12. That is actually Friday so there is no time to build up anticipation, rather just wait until tomorrow and we will see if Psy has another hit on his hands.

UPDATE: LISTEN HERE

According to Psy's management company YG Entertainment via DKPopNews, the single was originally supposed to only premiere in South Korea on April 12 and become available to everyone else April 13. However, it sounds like the demand to hear Psy's new song is just too great, so everyone will get to hear "Gentleman" April 12.

Psy will also be holding his "Happening" concert on April 13 at the Seol World Cup Stadium in front of over 50,000 fans. The concert will also be streaming live on YouTube for fans to see.

The build up to Psy's "Gangnam Style" follow up wasn't without its hiccups. According to The Guardian, executives had at one point worried the video for "Gentleman" wouldn't be finished on time. Psy reportedly filmed the video in Seol and finished it after two days without sleep.

The pressure to follow up on "Gangnam Style" is probably great for Psy. The song made Psy an international celebrity almost over night and the video has surpassed 1.5 billion views on YouTube. Will "Gentleman" surpass this? Probably not, but Psy can still put out a hit. It would be impossible to recreate the success of "Gangnam Style," but it will be interesting to see what kind of success his new single reaches.

Friday's release of "Gentleman" is expected to top the download charts in South Korea, but it remains to be seen what type of success it will have in the United States. Do you think Psy will be able to produce another hit with his new single "Gentleman?"
