The Tampa Bay Rays battle the Boston Red Sox in Game 2 of the series on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 1:35 p.m. ET at the legendary Fenway Park in Boston, MA. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Sunday afternoon baseball game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Heading into the end of Week 2 of the MLB 2013 regular season,ESPN sports analysts predict the season outlook team power rankings. The Rays currently rank the no 10 overall team. As sports columnist Tommy Rancel points out, "How will the Rays replace the 200-plus innings lost by trading James Shields? Each starter went at least six innings the first time through the rotation, allowing a combined 11 earned runs in 32 1/3 innings (3.06 ERA). There's a start."
Tampa Bay currently holds a 4-6 winning record, having just played the Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Indians, and Texas Rangers.
The Red Sox snag the no 12 overall spot (out of 30 teams). According to Hunter Golden, "At 4-2, the Red Sox are off to their best start since 2006, in large part because of great pitching and defense. The Red Sox have surrendered an AL-low 19 runs so far and are second in all of baseball in run differential (plus-17)."
After playing the New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays, and Baltimore Orioles, Boston has six wins and four losses. The Sox defeated the Rays in Game 1 with a score of 2-1.
Game 1 between Tampa Bay and Boston was postponed on Friday, April 12.
