There has been a lot of talk recently surrounding the "American Idol" and "The Voice" judges. The rumor mill surrounding possible changes to the judging panel on these shows has dominated the headlines. However, Simon Cowell's "X Factor" is about to name a new judge. With Britney Spears and LA Reid gone, the show needs to find two more judges to help boost ratings when season 3 premieres in the fall of 2013. It looks like Beyonce's former Destiny's Child partner Kelly Rowland will be sitting alongside Cowell and Demi Lovato.

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Rowland is close to signing a deal that will add her to the "X Factor" judging panel for season 3. Rowland is no stranger to the judging panel as she was a judge on "X Factor's" UK version. EW also reports that Cowell will likely be sitting alongside three female judges next season, which gives fans at least some idea of who the fourth and final judge could be.
EW speculates that Latin actress and singer Paulina Rubio could be the final judge. Meanwhile, Hollywire throws in country singer Faith Hill's name as well, along with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Hillary Duff. Cowell's top two choices are allegedly Rowland and Hill. Who out of Rubio, Love Hewitt, Hill, and Duff would you like to see as the final judge on "X Factor?"
Production for season three starts Tuesday, so Cowell and the show have to make a decision very soon. Are there any other stars that would like to see considered for the last judging spot? Cowell may want to make a splash considering all the attention "American Idol" and "The Voice" has been getting regarding their judges. Is it just me or are the judges the one's hogging the headlines, when the shows are supposed to be about the contestants?
