Kylie Jenner and her $110,000 Mercedes G-Class SUV was in a car accident Wednesday only 18 days after her sweet 16th birthday party. The reality star ran in the back of a Toyota, which then hit a Volkswagen SUV that was in front of it.

The nervous teen apologized for the wreck and exchanged insurance information as cops arrived at the scene.

The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan received one of the most epic birthday bashes as rappers Drake and Big Sean made guest appearances and performed for the teen. Kylkie was even lucky enough to get a quick peck on the cheek form the "Take Care" rapper.

Although big sis, Kim Kardahian, and Kanye West couldn't make it to the lavish party due to the passing of West's grandfather in Oklahoma, the pair did make it out to her birthday dinner along with Drake and Kylie's best friend Pia Mia, who performed Drake's hit 'Hold on, we're Going Home."
Kim Kardashian posted the video of talented Pia Mia singing the hit on Instagram captioning it, "Hold On We're Going Home. #JustARegularFamiolyDinner."
Kylie gushed about her big day, "AHHH! Met my favorite people. Thank you all for such an amazing night. SOOO BLESSED xoxo"
Unfortunately, Lamar Odom wasn't at the birthday party but Khloe made sure she was there to support her baby sister. Odom was rumored to have moved out of his mansion after his affairs went public.
