Khloe Kardashian has been silent about her husband, Lamar Odom's cheating scandal and drug addiction, but now, she has made confirmation that she is done with the NBA star.
September 27, marks the couple's four-year anniversary and Khloe made sure to announce her assumed divorce filing on twitter by removing Odom from her Twitter name.

The "Keeping up with the Kardashian" star only wants to be known as "Khloe," and no longer "Khloe Kardashian Odom."
Once Kardashian took the Odom name in 2009, the reality star and even went as far to getting matching tattoos with her estranged husband inking "LO" on her right hand.
Fans wonder if she will remove her tattoo since she seems to be cleaning house.
According to HollywoodLife.com Khloe's rep said, "She took off Kardashian AND Odom on her bio only. Her Instagram handle has ALWAYS been just Kardashian to match her twitter name - so both of her names are @KhloeKardashian, they always have been but yes in her bio she removed both of her last names, so it simply says Khloé."
