Today's AdvoCare 500 race at the Phoenix International Raceway is the second to last race in the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. The Sprint Cup Series has come down to two drivers, Jimmie Johnson and Matt Kenseth, who are separated by just seven points. Obviously, today's race is huge for both drivers and will go a long way in deciding who this year's Sprint Cup champion is. Both drivers will be starting Sunday's race in very different positions with Johnson winning the pole position and Kenseth starting out in the 14th spot.

Rounding out the top five spots starting today's race behind Johnson will be Denny Hamlin, Joey Logano, Kyle Busch, and Jeff Gordon. Other notable starting positions include Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the eleventh position, Brad Keselowski in the twelfth position, and Danica Patrick starting at number 32. For the complete starting lineup for today's AdvoCare 500 race you can go here.

As I previously mentioned with just two races to go, it looks like this year's Sprint Cup Series has come down to Johnson and Kenseth with Johnson currently in first place. Rounding out the top five in the current Sprint Cup standings are Kevin Harvick in third, Kyle Busch in fourth, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. in fifth place. ESPN will be broadcasting today's race with coverage starting at 2pm ET. The green flag is expected to be waved at 3:18pm ET. The Phoenix International Raceway is one mile long as drivers will be doing 312 laps today.
