Rumors have it not one, but two Kanye West sex tapes with different Kim Kardashian look-alikes have been leaked and are currently being shopped among the sex industry market. According to West's legal representatives, the steamy videos were stolen from the rapper's personal computer, and lawyers are ready to slap a lawsuit on anyone who attempts to release the sex tape(s) to the public. Even so, reports have it that the popular sex video/photo site Sex.com is willing to pay a whopping $5 million for both tapes, claiming that it would be worth it because West is more than a rapper, he is a "cultural icon."
Both sex tape videos were shot sometime in the past, and rumors have it they appear to have been shot in hotel rooms (very "One Night in Paris"-esque). The 20 and 40-minute long romps feature two women who apparently look eerily similar to West's current girlfriend, reality star Kim Kardashian.
The explicit tapes were lifted from West's own computer by an unknown party, but whoever that person(s) is, they could be in for a big payday if they are prepared to risk the wrath of West and his legal crew. According to perezhilton.com, Sex.Com is offering $5 million to buy the exclusive rights to the "Kanye West sex tape franchise."
Check out this statement released to the public: "Sex.com sees Mr. West as much more than a rapper. He is a cultural icon, responsible for setting trends in music and fashion. Sex.com feels that these sex-tapes are not only an exclusive look into the star's intimate life but could also contain the same Midas touch Mr. West brings to all his projects."
If the deal goes through, the people at Sex.com can probably expect one heated letter from West's lawyers. Legal representative Lisa M. Buckley released a statement that said the sexy footage and images "were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer. Posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen screen shot and or other materials or tape are actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity."
No matter what legal threats West may publicize, the chances of the sex tapes hitting the web are probably pretty high, considering it could just take one click of the mouse button to do so.
