Jessica Simpson's parents are preparing to part ways. According to Trulia.com, the parents of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson have put their house on the Los Angeles market for $4.395 million. The couple has been married for 34 years and though no statement has been made, people are assuming a break up is underway since selling a home is always the first to go during a divorce.

If the divorce rumors are true, some speculate Joe Simpson may be the cause of the falling out. During the Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson's marriage, Joe took the blame for driving a wedge between the two, which led to the divorce. Recently, Papa Joe was arrested for DUI and spent the night in jail.

The beautiful English Country mansion is located in a gated community in Encino California and is one of 19 homes in the guarded community. The massive home was the venue for Ashlee Simpson's wedding to Pete Wentz in 2008. The home sits on 1.5 acres with a lagoon style swimming pool, spiral staircase, and many fire places in different rooms.

We don't know how Jessica is going to take the break up as she faces some relationship rumors of her own. Her fiancé, Eric Johnson has been accused of cheating on Jessica with his future ex-wife, Kerri Johnson. A source told Star Magazine, "He's a two-timing cheat! He was still having sex with Keri after he started seeing Jessica. She needs to think twice before marrying him. He's already cheated on her once - he'll most likely do it again."
