The San Francisco Giants vs. Cincinnati Reds face off in Game 5 of the MLB National League Division Series (NLDS) playoffs on Thursday (Oct. 11) at 1:00 p.m. E.T. This is the last game in the playoff series and will determine which team will go on to play either the Washington Nationals or St. Louis Cardinals. The Reds proved victorious early on in the series, winning Game 1: 5-2 and Game 2: 9-0. But the Giants kept themselves alive in Game 3 (2-1) and Game 4 (8-3). The winner of Wednesday afternoon's game will advance to the NL Championship Series.
