Tiffani Lynn Barganier and her boyfriend Jeremie Calo allegedly had sex on top of an outdoor restaurant table on Monday evening in Orlando, FL - in full public view of all the other shocked and mortified patrons (including minors). Apparently when the manager of the Paddy Murphy's restaurant confronted the feisty couple to ask them to pay their tab and then promptly leave, Calo refused, later getting arrested for fighting with several members of the family-restaurant's staff.

Tom Murphy, manager of the Paddy Murphy's restaurant, tried talking to the 32-year-old couple after several other diners complained about their inappropriate and disturbing behavior on the outside patio. When Murphy confronted the duo, Calo supposedly simply replied, "[Barganier] can't get up at this time."

Murphy then told Calo, "Compose yourself, pay your tab or I'll call the police." When Calo was handed his $101 bill, he rudely wrote a check that only contained one word - "No." Murphy had had enough and began dialing the Orlando police - at the same time Calo and Barganier were attempting to exit the restaurant (with two of the restaurants' glasses, nonetheless).

Paddy Murphy's employees attempted to stop the couple from leaving the premises before law enforcement arrived, when Calo began to get physical. He started a fight with Murphy and two other staff members, and had to be held down before police finally arrived.

What a show those poor, unsuspecting patrons must have had, considering they probably figured it was going to be an innocent Monday night out-to-eat with the fam.

While many diners (along with numerous children) witnessed the lewd public act, all refused to testify against Barganier and Calo for unknown reasons. According to a note in Orlando police records, "The parents of the young children that observed Calo and Barganier having sexual relations declined to write statements regarding their observations."

Therefore, Barganier and Calo get-off scott-free regarding their indecent restaurant escapade and face no sex-related charges. Instead, they have been banned from the Paddy Murphy's restaurant for one solid year. Calo is also facing criminal charges for starting a fight with the staff.
