The Sixers are ranked 2nd in the Eastern Atlantic Conference and currently hold the no 13 spot in the 2012-2013 NBA Regular Season (out of 30 teams) with 12 wins and nine losses. According to Spears, Andrew Bynum insists that his left knee injury is also almost fully recovered, but the All-Star center probably won't hit the court Wednesday night.
