Friday, Ashton Kutcher submitted divorce papers to end his seven-year marriage to actress Demi Moore. The actor stated "irreconcilable differences" on his filed papers and did not list the exact date when the couple had officially separated.

The couple married in 2005 and kept their relationship open for their fans and critics that thought Kutcher was too young for the cougar actress. The couple wed in a Kabbalah ceremony, which until now was believed by many to not have been binding. When the celebrity couple officially split due to Kutcher's alleged infidelity, Moore fell into a deep depression. According to People magazine, "her friends aren't convinced she's all better," an insider said. After, Ashton's cheating scandal, Moore and Kutcher's relationship spiraled down, one source claims, "what was humiliating was having her husband cheat on her in such a public way."

Since the breakup, Moore has entered rehab for "stress and exhaustion" and was hospitalized for doing "whip-it's." While the new year coming, Kutcher may be ready to start fresh with his new girlfriend Mila Kunis. Kutcher has been seen making out with That 70's Show co-star and Esquire magazine sexiest woman in the world, Mila Kunis. The new couple hasn't made an official comment about their relationship but have been photographed on dates and sporting the same t-shirt.
