Ridiculous rumors are swirling that Hollywood starlet Jennifer Aniston is pregnant... with twins! "Baby bump" talk is one thing... but to claim that the "Friends" actress recently underwent "extensive fertility treatments" and is now expecting a baby boy and girl with fiancé Justin Theroux without legit proof takes such pregnancy rumors to the ultimate extreme. A shady report in a recent issue of OK! magazine alleges that Aniston and Theroux are thrilled to be expecting twins... although they want to keep the pregnancy hush-hush, an "insider" insists that the couple has already picked out two very unique baby names. What?!

As originally reported by Gossip Cop, a December cover issue of the gossip tabloid Ok! blares the seedy headline:

"Jen: Yes, I'm pregnant - with twins! The joyful moment she found out. A boy and a girl - and their unusual names! Excited Jen tells friends - 'I'm so thrilled!'"

The magazine goes on to explain that 43-year-old Aniston recently underwent "extensive fertility treatments" and that she finally "hit the jackpot - big time."

According to an alleged "inside" source - "She was beyond excited the moment she found out, [telling friends] 'I'm so thrilled'...The fertility treatments weren't easy on her - but it looks like they paid off."

And why exactly has the Golden Globe Award winner kept the happy bab(ies) news a secret? "She's very superstitious!" exclaims the so-called friend. "She's going to keep this as hush-hush as possible until she's at least four or five months along."

In the meantime, Aniston and Theroux are supposedly busy designing a "million-dollar nursery" for their two newborn twins... and both will definitely have very unique and unusual names (the "Wanderlust" lovebirds already have them picked out).

Ok! magazine isn't the most reputable source when it comes to such celebrity gossip... as Gossip Cop points out, this is the same tabloid that falsly claimed:

- Aniston was already far along in her pregnancy back in September.

- Aniston and Theroux were planning a secret Mexico wedding back in October.

- Aniston planned on getting back with ex-beau John Mayer back in May.

- Aniston turned down Theroux's proposal... wrong. The duo got engaged on August 12, 2012 (and Aniston was thoroughly happy to accept).

A rep for Aniston recently confirmed to Gossip Cop that the pregnancy rumors are totally false - "She is not pregnant and shame on them for once again making up the whole story."
