Mark Salling, Dallas singer-songwriter and most famously known as Puck in Glee, is in trouble. A woman has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Salling for forcing her to have sex without condom.

The woman, Roxanne Gorzela, was apparently his ex-girlfriend. They both began dating in September 2010. Gorzela mentions in the lawsuit that the incident happened in March 2011 before she had to go to Canada. Salling and Gorzela hooked up and it was then that she was forced to have sex without protection, she had consented to have sex but with protection, reported TMZ.

When Gorzela came back after a month to talk about the emotional distress and "health concerns" she faced off his actions, he grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. Salling was in bed with another woman, adding to her pains.

Gorzela is seeking "unspecified damages" from the 30-year-old singer.

"There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment," said Janice Lee, Mark's publicist in a statement in response to the allegations.

The singer has rolled out two albums to date.
