During a "Believe" Tour post-concert meet-and-greet, pop star Justin Bieber was photographed allegedly groping a young female fan's breast. Although the Biebs looks to be cupping the girl's boob while giving her a quick peck on the cheek in the photo, the "Boyfriend" crooner insists it wasn't his intention to sexually fondle the young Belieber. Check out the controversial image below... is Selena Gomez's former flame definitely attempting to cop a feel, or was it just an awkward fan pic mistake?

During a post-show meet-and-greet in Miami on Monday (Jan. 28), Bieber took some time to chat and pose with fans. On Tuesday (Jan. 29), this eyebrow-raising pic was posted on a popular Bieber fan site, BieberFever.com:
The Biebs took one more photo with the young, polka-dotted shirt brunette, this time with his right arm down by his side as she whispers in his ear:
Apparently the Belieber didn't seem to mind the quick breast caress, as a happy smirk remains plastered on her face the entire time.
The photos soon went viral, and many people began referring to Bieber as a sly "booby gropper." The Biebs and his reps were not so amused. The recently single 18-year-old superstar tweeted:
@justinbieber: "Alot of bs has been out there lately...seems like it never stops. answering for myself thru music. #stillkidrauhl."
A rep for Bieber also told E! News about the "inappropriate" breast grab - "That definitely did not happen. He was pulling away from her... It's ridiculous."
Bieber's publicist Melissa Victor confirms this with FOX411, insisting that the "Beauy and the Beat" singer did not grab the girl's chest, but was "moving his hand away from hugging her" as the picture was being taken.
And according to the fan (who goes by Jocelyn on Twitter) the accidental grope didn't bother her either:
@JocelynnBieber: "IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE... People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."
Meanwhile, fans and critics alike continue to rave about Bieber's newly released "Believe: Acoustic" album.
