Prior to the 55th annual Grammy Awards hosted by LL Cool J on Sunday, Feb. 10, CBS sent out an email to all female attendees stating that flaunting "bare sides or under curvature of the breasts [would be] problematic." Apparently pop star Miley Cyrus didn't get that message, as her side-boob enhancing dress revealed a little too much skin at a pre-Grammys Red Carpet gala. Cyrus hit the pre-show Red Carpet in a stunning Emilio Pucci sheer black halter-neck gown, which ultimately resulted in a rather embarrassing nip-slip wardrobe malfunction. Thankfully, Cyrus' minor boob flash didn't reveal too much, but paparazzi still managed to snap a bunch of pics of the braless 20-year-old starlet.

The former "Hannah Montana" star hit the Red Carpet at the prestigious Clive Davis & the Recording Academy's 2013 Pre-Grammy Gala event on Sunday evening. Cyrus rocked a punked-out do' and a cleavage-hugging dress... but apparently the tight-fit ensemble couldn't contain all of Cyrus' goods...check out the exclusive nip-slip pics posted by The Sun.

Cyrus' right breast appears to be covered up by some sort of plastic pasty, and she was quick to cover up her minor wardrobe malfunction... but not before fans were able to call her out on Twitter:

Apparently Cyrus' infamous side-boob action didn't ruin her night, as she continued to pose for several fun pics with fellow celebs:

Wonder if Cyrus recieved (or simply ignored) this email memo sent out by CBS prior to the Grammys:

"55th GRAMMYS: Standard And Practice Wardrobe Advisory: Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered...Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack."

Oops... at least her buttocks was amply covered!
